Property Management Service-Philly

NYC investor with rentals in Philly. I started using a new PM called Leasonaire — low cost and no contracts, which is why I gave them a shot. Early experience’s been good so far - responsive, no drama.

Posting in case it helps other NY folks investing in Philly. Happy to share more if useful.
