Good Place To Find Wholesalers?
Does anyone recommend a place to find honest wholesalers? So far, all the wholesalers I've been dealing with have really been underplaying the rehab costs and overestimating the ARV. I just want to work with wholesalers that are straight to the point. I am an end user and a cash buyer. If anyone has any good recommendations on where to connect with decent wholesalers, please let me know.
