Hi Robby. I might be able to help you. Our Hayward office is pretty close to there. And I have a few agents that do commercial. Are you already working with a lender?

Hey everyone, I'm lookimg to buy a small 12 unit property in Castro Valley but need an agent to help me with local market trends and expectations. If you know anyone please semd them my way.

For a 12-unit, I’d make sure the rents, expenses, and local market support the numbers before committing. If Castro Valley gets too expensive for the cash flow you want, it may be worth comparing Midwest markets, where multifamily properties can have a lower entry price. Having the right local agent and property manager makes a big difference, especially when buying out of state.
