Looking for a reliable, experienced Permit Runner / Expediter who is physically inside Cleveland City Hall (601 Lakeside) multiple times a week.

I am an out-of-state investor dealing with a stalled residential rehab project. No city permit fees need to be paid—I am strictly looking for someone to help pull the master file jacket, cross-reference trade sign-offs, and push through a final approval / Certificate of Occupancy.

What I need:

• Someone who knows the Cleveland Building & Housing database and staff.

• Ability to physically check the paperwork at the counter and track down inspector/supervisor overrides if a sign-off was missed in their system.

• Regular, proactive text/email updates on what the desk clerk or inspector says.
