3 Warning Signs of Renting

1. How Many People Are Selling

Look around the property. Are there a plethora of vacant buildings or for sale signs? Not good. Sure, any neighborhood will have for sale signs, but too many is often a bad omen.

2. Aesthetics

If property managers aren’t keeping their buildings clean it often means they don’t see the point. If they’re not going to invest, neither should you.

3. Thriving Businesses

Lots of commercial businesses means companies are finding success investing in the area. A bustling neighborhood is an investable neighborhood.
