Longmont 4 plex complete

Our 4 unit project in Longmont fully leased as of September 25th!

Rents prior to renovation = 1k per month

Average rents post renovation = 1,650

Increase of 31,200 to annual gross rents after 110k total remodel expense

Property went UC without even hitting the market for pretty close to what we were planning to sell it for in a year, closed end of the month! Onto the next one.
