

Denver 10 unit multifamily investment property before after

Closed on this 10 unit October 1. In order to raise rents on month to month leases we needed to make some improvements:
• Roof
• Exterior paint
• New trash enclosure
• New fence to add security
• New landscaping
After these improvements in October we were able to raise rents on average $150 per month.
What exterior upgrades could you make on your property to add value and raise rents next month?!?
