🧮 Math was never my favorite subject but when it comes to saving $$ I am all about it!



One of the biggest lessons I learned when we changed our focus in 2017 from buying and selling single family houses to buying and holding apartments long term was understanding the value in saving $400-$500 per kitchen on things like:


* industrial shelving > upper cabinets

* laminate counter tops > granite

* black appliances > stainless


When you own 25 or 50 or 200 apartments or whatever your number is, these small changes make a big difference to the bottom line💰💵💰
