🌟Leasing office renovation in DSM multifamily apartment building 🏢

I’ve been talking a lot this week about the importance of making sure the common areas and leasing offices make a great first impression🌟

This is what our leasing office turned out looking like at one of our DSM properties.

You’ll notice that we tried to bring some of the history of the property to the office not just new 🎨 + flooring.

We want our potential new tenants to feel good 💗about where they are going to live and know that the owners care about the property.

This kind of investment won’t show up directly on a P/L statement 📊, but overtime we believe it’ll keep rents above market and tenants 👨‍👩‍👧 in the units longer.

❓What is the project or deferred maintenance item you’ve been putting off this year that will send the same message to your new and existing tenants?

Don’t put it off. Make it the #1 priority for your property in 2020, and watch how it improves leasing and lease renewals.
