Denver Investment Property Upgrade - Artist's input

Art👩🏼‍🎨 – shout out to Tonia Calderon for adding her magical touch to the exterior of this property.

She gave me the idea to paint the entire exterior black with green doors, and then to add a nice tenant amenity in the center of the courtyard to replace the over-grown bushes.

Tenants have been loving❤️❤️ the common area (second and third benches for the common area were delayed in shipping but have been installed now).

As we target older apartment buildings in and around Denver, we will be looking to do more artwork on the interior and exterior of the properties to make them come to life and tell a story.
