In 2019 one of the biggest lessons I learned was the value of being able to offer in unit washers + dryers to our tenants…

We tracked what the most valuable amenities were in our market and found that offering in unit washers and dryers went a LONG way!

Every time I see a washer dryer already connected in an outdated unit I get 😍
