Los Angeles projects #1

Hello all! 

I think I will try something new with this blog! I have been working with many investors, home buyers and sellers for the past 10 years and we are always going through transactions where a learning experience is always to be had. So, for that reason this blog will be a diary of the many projects, transactions and escrows opened with each of them as we encounter them. 

To paint the picture and for you to know what to expect, we have worked with investors helping them flip homes in the LA area for many years. We helped them find the homes, renovate them and then sell them. That allowed me to gained valuable experience in each one of those facets. We learned how to acquired homes off market and on market below market value. We learned how to manage construction, hired the necessary team members to renovate these and also learned how to facilitate the permit process with the city, and we also learned how to successfully sell homes in every city of LA. We are now using all of this experience to help 'retail' buyers and sellers! 

Right now we are currently helping about 12 buyers get pre-approved to purchase in 2021, we have several sellers getting ready to go to market in the first quarter of 2021 and we are helping 5 families get ready to start their construction projects in January and Feb. of 2021. We have new construction ADUs to garage conversion ADUs, to home additions and remodels, to new kitchens and bathrooms. (keep in mind, that I am the realtor that puts all these teams together to make it happen from A to Z, but I am strictly a Realtor, not a contractor or architect.. ) 

This blog will go over each one of those buyers, sellers, and construction projects, so that you can learn from their stories and journeys!
