Here’s Our Weekly Market Observations :

Pending single-family home sales increased 7.4% MOM in September and 2.6% YOY

All four US regions saw an increase in pending home sales, with the West on top at 9.8%.

Average 30-year fixed mortgage increased again to 6.72%
