1st Wholesale Deal $6,800 Potential - Searching Title

Finally! I hadn't taken any marketing actions over the last month or two and the day that I put my last (60) bandit signs out I get a call that is now in a Title Search.

The Title was under the father's name, but he passed away so I'm anticipating some obstacles to overcome. It's well worth the work though (as long as it doesn't cost much!).

I'm pulling a Podcast 37 technique by having the Title Co send the paperwork to the seller.

I'll let you know how it turns out.

This week I'll be traveling to NYC on Thursday then headed to Nashville, TN on Sunday to Monday so I should have some time to complete the goals below.
