Local Network, Questions Unanswered.. BUT!!

Here I am 10:30pm and I wanted to let you guys know how my first local meeting went… yesterday! It didn't !!

I live here in Ohio and a storm was on the way and so it was cancelled. I can't say I'm mad because it didn't start until 6pm till 10pm and the storm came rolling in around 8pm. I am disappointed but I had more questions and I wanted to network with the "professionals". I guess it was not my time to LEAN on someone. I will try for the next meeting in March.. (sigh)...

I continue to listen to the podcasts on BP working my way from newest back to the oldest… I go back and forth just to keep it interesting. I listened to podcast 54 I think that is the number with Lisa Phillips about buying properties under 30K and making it work. I don't know why it was like eureka! She said some things I've been thinking about doing but just didn't say out loud because I wasn't sure, but now I know I'm not thinking so FAR FETCHED or so OUT of THE BOX and I can do it!

My youngest birthday is Feb 10th and this is the designated day I will go online and set up my LLC…. I will never forget the day I started my 2nd business.. (yeah, this will be my 2nd business try)… gotta give to me I don't give up.. you go CARLA… like the good book says sometimes you have to ENCOURAGE yourself…!!

OOH before I forget I did get some interesting responses on the Nevada Corp question if I should go with them… EVERYBODY said I shouldn't even my hubby. I am not surprised but what these gurus or businesses don't know I just listen and gain more knowledge on some things I can do… They are all zapped up on selling me the product and I'm just asking questions so I can find out how to do this myself for less or cheaper. I'm not that darn green.. heck, I'm married to the BEST damn salesman EVER and even HE says I am a hard SELL….(that's a compliment really… I don't fall for everything…)

Next time I blog I will have a business… I really don't mind all the critics saying buy a property first, blah, blah, blah… I have to do what's right for ME… YOU do YOU and I will DO CARLA.. because at the end of the day I am accountable not YOU…. I say this with love…
