I felt the Fear!

My first blog post was written about 3 months ago in regards to finally taking action in real estate. I'm very proud to say that I have officially submitted my first offer on a property today. I felt the Fear! When I had to start signing my name and writing checks the sudden urge of hesitation and "oh this is too much" came upon me. I embraced it, as a welcomed guest who would go as quickly as it came.

I'm certainly moving closer towards my goal of purchasing a multi family property using FHA/203k. I look forward to continuing this progress!

  1. @Rebecca Peters Congratulations on taking action.  Exhilarating isn't it?  

    Wipe the word "Fear" from your vocabulary when talking about how you feel you about making offers.  Change it to "Excited".  It's the same reaction in your body.  People move towards Excitement and away from Fear.
