Update on the gurus...
Well, finally got my refund from Ely-Freedom Soft! Did not get the $100 that Preston has promised on the webinar! DON"T try FORECLOSURES.com, as EVEN IF you CANCEL before the trial is up-THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BILL YOU monthly and YOU will have to CANCEL out your credit card! 6FIGURE SYNDICATION is the SAME way, they sign you EVEN if you don't authorize them to do so and they take months to get off/credited also. MY 1Voice Protus is a fax service, I do not know how they got my CC number, but you call them and they claim they do not have you in their system ,yet they do continue to charge me each month $10-so what is up with that? DC FAWCETT has the WORSE support system there is-like zippo,nil, NONE, no live people to take your call, only a Madelyn recording and email! YIKES! So, I guess again in the last 6 months, I will have to again cancel my credit card. SO, I had tried to go to WALMART, thought I had this taken care of-$25 card, and could give them my number for the $1.95 trials all day long but no, now the card rejects-so the gurus figured that one out FAST!! Still shame on them!! Buyer beware...again!

huh? I get it but a bit confusing...the biggest guns don't always work with their systems for everyone, namely what you pointed out. OK, you want foreclosure leads? emailforeclosures.com Will they all be accurate? No. Take it and call and make some contacts...then go from there...

Well, TAGS and postings and blogs must work-so folks take a note on that on, as I believe the gurus have! They were calling me like crazy yesterday after my post-aah then most accomodating, helpful and even apologetic! I am getting less amazed in this biz each passing day-when it comes to the "gurus".
