Well, IF you want to resolve your account charges, by the gurus, just post on Twitter or FB or even a site as this one-guess what SOMEONE from the gurus will be on the phone to you like lightening, calling to inquire-so they must have a google alert set up notifying them of Negative or tags on the net. Well, HELLO , gurus-your old way of doing business now-a-days is OVER, get a clue, FB,tags,Twitter has CHANGED it all-no longer can you leave your client/customer hanging,take their money and RUN-not calling them back,etc.---as IT will now COST you! And need I say, dispute with my credit card company-ouch-yikes that hurt your account balance-aah =nope, yikes=yo reputation NOW is on the line also-so heads up, need a new tactic/scheme for the herd!

Amen and Amen Joshua, and I hope those folks figure it out QUICK and start doing business with integrity; remembering the Golden Rule, and of course the camel and the eye of the needle. Life can and should be more than about the Almighty Dollar-it helps, is needed today but some take it too far.

Susan - This is true for all businesses. The web is fundamentally changing how we do business. No longer can you afford to have bad service, because in the blink of an eye, the world will know about it. AND, if you don't respond accordingly to customer complaints online, your reputation can and will quickly be tarnished.
