Anyone here invested with SDIRA Wealth? Would love to hear how it went
I've been looking into SDIRA Wealth (Texas-based, new-construction single-family rentals, popular with self-directed IRA and cost-seg investors) and so far I like what I see. Before I go further, I'd love to hear from folks who've actually bought a property through them.
Mostly just trying to learn from real experience:
- How was the overall process, from the first call to closing?
- Once you closed, how did the property perform compared to what you expected on rent and cash flow?
- How has the property management been? Did they refer you to a good property manager who is doing a good job?
- If you've held one of these properties for a while, how has it done over time (appreciation, resale, any surprises)?
- Did you pick up anything along the way that you'd pass on to a first-time buyer? Anything you wish you'd known before you signed?
I know new construction sidesteps a lot of the headaches people hit with older turnkey rentals, so I'm optimistic. I just like to do my homework and hear from people who've actually been through it. Good or bad, all experiences welcome, and feel free to DM if you'd rather share privately.

I am not familiar with them. But I do know a few companies in Texas (Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio) that all offer new construction. If you want more options. Do you already have your SDIRA setup?
