Definitely. I’d look beyond REIAs and check local investor meetups, BiggerPockets groups, private investor circles, and even ask active agents, lenders, and contractors who they regularly work with. Some groups have no minimum at all, while others may require a larger investment depending on whether you’re doing a partnership, private lending, or a passive equity deal. If you’re open to out-of-state opportunities, Midwest markets can also be worth exploring since there are plenty of rehab and rental deals where local operators may be looking for capital.
