    Currently re-reading Traction by Gino Wickman. First time I read it I was too small to apply it. Now that we're at scale it hits completely different.

    Before that: Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss. How to Win Friends and Influence People

    The BP books are what got me started years ago — still recommend Long-Distance Real Estate Investing to anyone expanding into new markets.
