Landlord and Tenant Screening
I’m scheduled to close a property on October 20th. I’m trying to get ahead of the tenant selection and screening processes. What tools do landlords use to screen tenants? I also created a RentRedi account so that’s good to go.
Please feel free to give any tips and advice for my first time renting.

It does have everything you need to screen in rent redi. I listened to a webinar today and their pre-qualification idea is pretty good. If not you can also use Zillow Rental Manager.
