If you’re forming the LLC in New York, I’d start by making sure the name, business address, ownership structure, and industry are set up correctly from day one. After formation, you’ll also want an EIN, operating agreement, business bank account, and to complete New York’s publication requirement.
I work with business owners on the funding side as well, and having a properly structured LLC can make a difference when you’re trying to qualify for business credit and capital later on. If you want, I can point you in the right direction on what lenders typically like to see.

Which the best way to make LLC
If you're setting up an LLC for real estate, I'd first decide what state you're actually going to invest in, since that can affect where you form it and what filings you'll need. If you're considering out of state, the Midwest is worth looking at too.
