I’ve spent roughly 25 years in residential construction, renovation, project management and operations. We’re putting those capabilities together into an end-to-end resource for real estate investors.

We can help with finding and evaluating deals, due diligence and underwriting, realistic rehab scopes and budgets, financing resources for qualified opportunities, experienced construction crews, project management, and getting the finished property positioned for resale or rental.

The idea is pretty simple: find it, analyze it, finance it, build it, and sell or rent it.
