So full market price and wholesaling are kinda counterintuitive. Wholesaling is at a discount....a wholesale price. But there maybe like hedge funds that they maybe connected to.

wholesalers will not give you full market price as they want their cut in the deal and they typically sell to investors who are looking for a deal.
The wholesalers who overprice or overpay typically end up not closing ebcause they cannot find an end buyer on the back end.
