@Austin Keller Welcome in. If you're going to do this, and you 100% should, treat it seriously. The market is compressing, and it's going to get very competitive. My team is starting up in Florida, and a lot of our investors and agents are co-licensed in PA and FL. One thing I learned quickly is that follow-up, providing value, and working with investors are key. Become an investor yourself so you can talk the talk, be in the room with them, and keep learning. Find experienced agents who work with investors and work alongside them. Network, go to meetups, find a group or start one, and use BiggerPockets to connect with people who think the same way. Most importantly, be honest with yourself and your clients when you don't know an answer. I've seen a lot of hungry new agents get eaten alive by not doing that. Best of luck to you, man. This business is life-changing if you can be yourself and treat people the right way.
