New investor needing tax advise

Hi all, new real estate investor here looking for some tax planning and financial advice. I've had trouble finding a local firm that offers hourly consultations and specializes in real estate investing. My situation is still pretty simple, and I'm mainly looking for guidance on a few questions and an initial strategy. Budget is tight, so affordability matters. Any recommendations for how to get things moving here?

@Tyler Palmblad I can't tell what part of the country you are in but if you just go to the top of the page here you can click on that "Tax Pros" link and it will connect you with someone in your area. If you strike out with that then try some local Facebook groups.

There’s a lot of CPAs on here that I’d recommend reaching out to. I’d see if they have hourly consultations.
My recommendation would be to focus on value and not price.
To get the most value out of a call, I’d have a long list of questions you’re wanting to get answered.
