From Hopkinsville, Kentucky to the Real Estate Rookie podcast. 🎙️

I had the honor of sitting down with Tony Robinson and Ashley Kehr to share my journey — starting small, learning through mistakes, building relationships, and growing ASC Real Estate Solutions one deal at a time.

If you're just getting started, I hope something in this episode encourages you to take your next step. Growth ain't free, but it's worth it.

The episode is live now on YouTube and wherever you get your podcasts. 🔗 [link]

Congratulations, and thank you for sharing the journey so openly, because starting small and learning as you go is exactly how many investors find their footing. If I had to name the one thing that holds most beginners back, it is not a lack of desire, but a lack of clear next steps. It helps to get specific early: what kind of property, what price range, what monthly numbers would need to work, and what help you will need from a lender, an agent, or a contractor. Then take one small, practical step, such as running the numbers on a few real listings or talking through financing options, rather than waiting until everything feels perfect. Progress usually comes from that first clear step, not from having every answer in advance.
