@Anastasia Walia, I think it really comes down to finding a property that makes sense for your goals and financial situation. With financing costs and property prices where they are, I'd rather see someone take the time to evaluate a deal carefully than rush into something just because they want to buy.
I'm a real estate attorney, broker, and investor based in Maryland, and I work with clients on property purchases, contracts, and other real estate matters. I've seen how important it is to look beyond the numbers and understand what you're agreeing to before making an investment.
