Hello Kathiuka, the deal looks good, however, I did notice that you had an estimated of 1 month for renovation at 30,000. renovation usually takes longer to finish, around 3-6 to finish a renovation.

What if your tenant gives notice they are moving out and you needed to get the unit ready for rental and be without rent money for a month?
