Those are just a few basic questions that have nothing to do with returns or numbers and everything to do with how you are going to be treated.One more tip - if the customers they give you all give really good testimonials, call the company back and ask for a customer who has had issues.

South side management is a little more hands on intensive so it is tougher to make and keep a profit consistently because you can only charge your customers back so much before they are no longer your customers.

A cemetery meets all those aspects, the down side for owners is that tenants won't ever cut their grass, so there is maintenance.Wasn't talking about the cemetery set for the Walking Dead, sounds like a party to me.Investors need to think outside the box, long term use, where customer expectations are low, high demand = higher price for available space. :)
