In September we recieved a letter from a lawyer asking us to stop asking her to leave because it's causing her health problems and she claimed that she was on title of the house (which is not true).

You don't know if the applying tenant will be a good paying tenant, if they will cause trouble or just in general be a pain in the backside.Can you be forced to accept a tenant with an ESA if you have an existing tenant with allergies?

Clearly there are some issues with the appraisal process which I won't get into cause I would prefer to keep as much of my hair as possible but it is something to pay particularly close attention to.

In the short term, a rate cut would be great for buyers, but if it does cause issues, then rates may go up anyway.As for the tax issues someone mentioned, that doesn't sound great.
