You don't know if the applying tenant will be a good paying tenant, if they will cause trouble or just in general be a pain in the backside.Can you be forced to accept a tenant with an ESA if you have an existing tenant with allergies?

I don't have any concrete leads yet but as they say there is no harm being proactive :).  

Clearly there are some issues with the appraisal process which I won't get into cause I would prefer to keep as much of my hair as possible but it is something to pay particularly close attention to.

In the short term, a rate cut would be great for buyers, but if it does cause issues, then rates may go up anyway.As for the tax issues someone mentioned, that doesn't sound great.  

One of the things that Clinton and Bush started to push on the Citizens is the idea that part of the American Dream to own a Home and that led to really bad Lending Rules that caused the 2008 Crash.

It's interesting that you keep hearing "well, things are different" as if a crisis has to be caused by the same factors as the last one.  

Obviously we don't have the subprime issue which was the leading cause.
