From all I read in the web and here on BP, banks are usually not enforcing the due on sale clause as long as the payments are made in time.

So I'm here now fully charged and ready to interact and work hard to build this empire.

Great performing 1st TDS will return 8 to 10% with the absolute least amount of interaction from the investor...
