As @Greg Scott mentions, small claims is usually the court process to use.Here's the basic process:1) Small Claims money judgment2) Garnishmnet court action on employer or bank3) Actual collection of fundsSounds easy, but finding them and hoping they stay with a job or bank, so you can collect is always a challenge.
