Goodmorning i have my first deal under contract from a bandit sign and need help filling out the 1 to 4 agreement for a wholesell can somebody send me a copy of one filled out so i can replicate it. thank you so much.

If I post my numbers, people will be falsely encouraged and think that they can replicate my results from a thousand miles away... not possible.

Replication of someone else’s successful model is a great way to begin.

@David KhalfinNot knowing what area your property is in, I would not consider rebuilding in a C- area as your could easily replicate your purchase for much less.  

My main focus is cash flow and my goal is to replicate my salary within 10 years, which might be a bit aggressive.

As you can imagine, there is so much information out there, you don't want to replicate the same information into a JIRA system.

Man, what you've got is like an inheritance - very hard to come by and practically impossible to replicate.

Again, musicians are specialists in recognizing patterns and systems and replicating them.

In the investment property we bought a massive modern original piece of art from a local artist for around $200 and it complements the antiques.I like to read interior design magazines then replicate the look for as cheaply as I can while maintaining some quality. 

I can't speak for other rehabbers, but I'd never want to live in a house that I rehabbed myself...and I certainly wouldn't be comfortable selling a house I rehabbed myself to someone else.All of my contractors have many years of experience in their areas of specialty, and to think I could replicate their quality of work after reading a book or watching a YouTube video is ridiculous.The only work I'd consider doing myself is the stuff I could pay someone $10-15/hour to do (demo, doorknobs, etc)...and I'm pretty sure my time is worth more than $10-15/hour.Just my $.02, and I know others may not agree (though I think they'd agree they wouldn't want to live in a house I rehabbed :-)...
