really depends on what you want to do there, any leasing followup etc with prospective tenants is basically handled in hemlane, so you'd only need something else if you wanted to do more than that I supose.

I work in lending and see a lot of lender packages come across my desk.What usually helps the most is keeping it simple at the first stage, an executive summary with the property basics, pro forma, rent roll if available, and a short note on borrower background.

Prefab cabins or tiny homes on small lots can definitely appeal to homesteaders and self-sufficient buyers, especially if you include basic solar, garden beds, and fencing.Biggest hurdles I’d watch for are financing (banks can be picky with tiny homes), permitting, and appraisal values; sometimes comps lag behind your asking price.
