Conversely. those that express gratitude for my comparitive analysis of the potential of their turnkey property and the idea of evaluating it against the standard benchmark, the S&P 500, are intellectually curious people who are willing to change their opinion based on new information coming in and shows cognitive fluidity of the mind which historically marked the trajectory towards maturity from apes to what we now call the human species.Sorry, all I could hear is; "I'm a snow-flake who's always right and Karen-rage anyone who dares to say different, everyone who agrees with me is a genius and those who disagree are poopy-face meanies"

At the current trajectory this account should hit around $50MM before the IRS requires me to start taking minimum distributions at age 72. ( I’m 40 now )So be careful taking advice online from someone that has probably never used this strategy before.

Its funny how the same principals /adages for choosing real estate investment are the same for public markets, but applied nearly opposite... yeah, actually the most differences between real estate and index/stock/options is that.......... with direct real estate, the risk/reward is not being shared to other investor although we follow the same local market trajectory in general ; while for stock/index/option the risk/reward is being shared among the masses.So when we say for example, S&P crashed 20%, the pain was shared to million people that experienced the same ; while for real estate if we have issue with our own, nobody care other than ourselves.

People may ask why not pay it off fully, couple reason:1. when we buy/sell rental in the same neighborhood as primary, we still have the same future's appreciation trajectory so the actual cash position actually doesn't differ too much if we decide to move to one house or not.2.
