Newbie here looking for Mentorship

Hi everyone,

i'm very new in the world of real estate investing and very excited to finally start this journey.

I'm studying and reading everything i need to know about the world - universe - of real estate, and just joined biggerpockets a few days ago.

I have never invested nor bought a property before, but i have decided to turn my life around and i see a lot of positive thinkers and vibes on this website.

I will be moving from Seattle to LA in a couple of months - 2 extremely expensive cities - and i'm giving myself at least 1 year before i start buying my first property - perhaps a multi family/house hacking.

I'm looking to connect with a real estate agent in SoCal that can mentor me and guide me navigate this jungle as everything is very new to me.

It just takes one change to bring your life down a completely different trajectory! Best of luck in the search, between HouseHacking, STR, and BRRRR / DADU's there are a lot of great strategies that work in expensive coastal markets like California and LA.
