It was suggested to me by a partner that it would only be fair to concede a portion of, if not all, of the commission as the realtor and put it back into the property, which in turn would basically be split up equally between each partner.

I concede that most of the images that pop up are cigarette and housefire smoke related, but you can look at the inside of your barbecue if you want to see cellulose smoke residue  (from wood if you know how to cook), and like it or not marijuana is mostly cellulose, and cellulose does not combust cleanly and completely.

Anna, honestly, I think that if you take the time to outline all the issues you are having with the manager, confront them, and just ask them to terminate the contract, they may simply concede as a good business decision.

I also know that if the violations are not cleared the seller can concede money into the escorw account for me to clear the vilations.
