I've been asked by the VP of Commercial lending to draft a letter to present to the board regarding the issue as I was a party to the transaction and a customer of the bank.The buyer was guaranteed by the lender that this appraiser is not to appraise any additional purchases on my clients transactions.I'm just looking for some type to legal, privacy information that may help determine if there was any wrong doing.

The right to removal of the trustee usually is predicated on a breach of trust or some wrongdoing/fault on the part of the trustee, except the creator of the trust may remove a trustee at any time while he is alive (may watch out for a power-of-attorney that includes this power).

@Peter Gosch, the Alabama Real Estate Commission typically does not initiate investigations on its own unless a routine audit turns up evidence of wrongdoing.

If the property did not require these, since the property was built, and has been inspected by a code agency and passed,  that actually it is difficult to prove that you have done anything wrong.
