I second KBKG - fairly easy to use their software to generate CS reports once you watch their tutorial video.

It would be great for the investors with average computer skills to have a go to company that sets everything up for a one time fee.Then maybe give a short tutorial on how everything works and how to add new properties.

A google search will turn up a number of firms that can help you and have tutorials explaining more about them and the details to set them up for you.

I started off my investment journey in land and signed up under RETIPSTER, I thought it was a good program and I went through all the tutorials to get started in about a weeks time.  

@Geoffrey S.There is a learning curve if you are unfamiliar with accounting or never used the software before.I would suggest watching the tutorial on how to use the software.
