My drip pan is just the perimeter under the edge of the " /\ " shaped coil with an open square in the middle for airflow.

It is YOUR property and you should be able to set the perimeters for the lease, as long as it complies to state and local law.

Many, many,  (did I say) many years ago, I lived in the Polo Park area (before it was covered by a huge shopping centre; back when the Perimeter was outside the City).

I just got paid off on one that was out in the queens this week.. that area was not as good but it seems to have come back a little I fear though those areas given the quality of the buildings will just keep deteriorating over time.. there literally is almost zero activity for homeowners.. so that's just an issue.. now granted there are nice pockets of So jack nice ranchers on slabs etc.. but a lot of perimeter foundation cheap little houses as well.

The majority of the properties are located inside the perimeter in Fulton with a few outliers (6) in Dekalb and Clayton.

I would cut out vents on t he second floor, run my flex to the vents and the frame the perimeter of the first floor ceiling about 15 inches lower and install high hats and drywall.

His studio apartment was quite small and felt even smaller due to the ominous presence of a giant cross made out of heavy hand-hewn timbers, which he would haul around the courtyard and perimeter of the apartment complex nightly while wearing not much besides an actual crown of thorns, while drinking red wine and flagellating himself with a leather whip, reliving the blood sacrifice that redeemed us all as a way to thank Jesus for delivering him from the box of snakes (and freaking out the other residents in the apartment complex in the process, although weirdly they all just kind of ignored him).

I recommend walking the perimeter of your home and looking for any small holes around the foundation.
