Parts of Marietta, Smyrna, Decatur, and pockets just outside the perimeter can all work, but it really comes down to block-by-block quality, rent comps, and how easy the property will be to operate.

By no means does that mean I won't help people out that are outside that perimeter.

We plan to plant about 500 seedlings next spring in a nursery area, and about 300 larger seedlings around the perimeter of the property along the county roads. 

It will amost certainly turn horizontally and run the perimeter of the footing,   and if the home is on a slope there may be a surface or subsurface (pipe ending in a dry well of some sort) exit drain from it,   search the lowest part of the lot edge.   

So basically, anything that happens within the perimeter of a subdivision is to the discretion of the owner.

The basement had water issues I didn't find out until the end of year 1 and I ended up installing an interior perimeter drain in the basement.

Some random perimeter areas actually do really well too.

We are doing exterior paint of the building, new lighting in the parking lot, exterior fence around the perimeter of the complex, and a new monument sign to help with tenant exposure.

I'm at the Perimeter, and have been here for over 15 years. 

Walk the perimeter and identify what needs improvement, from overgrown shrubs to worn-out pathways.
