Hi BP community,

I’m Nelson Lovell‑Nuñez, a recent (18 months) transplant from NY to Georgia. My wife and I launched HeritageBridge Holdings as a family-led venture focused on long-term wealth and legacy through multifamily real estate.

Right now, we’re looking to expand beyond our single NY rental and grow a small portfolio of 4–20 unit multifamily properties across metro Atlanta — especially in Fulton, Cobb, and Gwinnett counties. We're open to:

1) Buildable lots or infill opportunities

2) Value-add multifamily with renovation upside

3) Anything near MARTA, the BeltLine, or other strong rental corridors

We’re early in this journey here in GA, but we’re serious about scaling. Over the next couple of years, we plan to acquire and develop multiple properties — starting with a 4-unit and scaling up from there.

I bring 15+ years in corporate America, including work in M&A, strategy, project management, finance, operations, and risk. We also have a lot of hands-on experience with residential renovations, which we plan to leverage as we grow.

We're actively looking to network and build relationships with:

1) Agents, wholesalers, and investors who know the local terrain

2) GCs, designers, and architects with small multifamily experience

3) Lenders familiar with investor products and creative financing

4) Anyone who’s willing to share knowledge or collaborate
