Curious, how are you marketing MTR's?

This kind of parcel is usually more valuable as land than as two rental houses, especially in Aurora where infill redevelopment is active.

I'm aware of all the surface-level risks (post-COVID income decreases, market saturation, amenity requirements, etc.), but it's still a unique market vs. others that are accessible from where I live, in Charlotte, that make it an attractive one to consider.

Does anyone know where I can find m/m price trends for particular cities.  

OH is definitely a large market that I am interested in.
