Looking for Proof of Funds Letter for an Off-Market Acquisition in Las Vegas

Aleksandr Shmidt
Posted

I'm working on securing an off-market multifamily opportunity here in Las Vegas and need a proof-of-funds letter to accompany my offer. I'm looking for a lender or private capital partner who can provide a standard POF for purchase submissions.

This is a value-add property with strong rental upside after stabilization. I’m prepared to share basic deal specs with serious lenders to confirm alignment.

If anyone here provides POF letters or can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate the connection. Thank you in advance.

I'm trying to secure a deal and put it under contract. I need proof of funds to show the buyer it's a real deal. Can anyone help me please?

All the best,

Alex

Replied

Are you asking for a pre-approval? The only person who can legitimately provide proof of funds is you. Anything else crosses into misrepresentation. If you don't have the capital or financing capabilities join forces with a capital partner.
