They just want to keep the money train rolling.So the end strategy is that you've got to be INCREDIBLY careful in how you invest...you've got to understand how to protest your tax rate...how to go in front of the board of review, how to make your case, how to appeal the new assessment.  

I would definitely be protesting the charge on my credit card!

It has been met with lots of protests and an outcry from landlords and people in general.

Developers want to build them but about a thousand people show up to protest zoning hearing saying it will bring crime,transients, and drop house values in an upscale area.  

Also, you can't raise it more than what your tenants will bear otherwise you will trigger a turnover...Protesting the value of your property is a possibility. 

I protested and said that I was there and the lawn was unkempt.

And remind me how many are out shaking the gates protesting and demanding a change of this global order........ 

Or forcefully removing your tenant, changing the locks and conducting a barricade protest operation.

The appraiser refused to amend it after it was protested.
