In the past I have not, but depending on your state laws I think this is either not a bad idea if you are in a more landlord reasonable state to downright essential if you are in a tenant sided state.

If yes,  learn the local laws to make sure you're protected. 

We found moving complicated things because the laws by state are different.

Or that lawyers were abusing the system until the law was reformed allowing profits to return and premiums to drop.

My recommendation- Find someone local that is already running a successful care home & become an educational sponge before you pull the trigger on your own home.
