Hi All,I was curious if anyone has compiled a kit of all the forms one needs to deliver a systematic approach for rental units ( i.e tenant inspection, screening, 24 hour notice, 14 day notice etc).

I laughed it off, after wondering how hard it would be to get the moderators home address.I think my concept is simple and I'm looking for some simple numbers I can begin to get some general construction cost on paper, as well as start to compile a list of people that can do the work.

When those are compiled, I also look at the quality of the finishes/interior to match with my target completed improvements.

I always suggest compiling  an heir list that includes information on date of death, evidence of any probate for the estates of the heirs, etc.
