At an NOI of $1M the indicated value would be about $23M. 

As I indicated previously the era from 2010 to ~2020 was an incredible time for RE including RE syndications.  

Depending on your loan, this is better indicator of success for me.  

I asked what he used for tp and he indicated he used the coffee filters because his roommates needed their coffee and would buy coffee filters when the supply got low.  

That tenant had told us a planned move out but chose not to so we had to go through the ab1482/San Diego rent stabilization  process to do a no fault eviction and the tenant not moving when he indicated ended up costing us 2 months rent paid to tenant.

What I don’t understand is how to overlay all of that information to pick a good spot and I also don’t understand the appropriate thresholds for each of those indices (income, percentage in the target age group, and how dense).

Obvious to those into ai, who know it, the indicators etc.. 

I've only been there once but seemed like a busy tourist destination with a clear indication of the premier geographic area which are things I look for in STR.
